5 FAQ’s with FordPass Rewards

FordPass Rewards is a program that allows Ford members to earn and redeem points on eligible
vehicle service and maintenance, or on new vehicle purchases. It’s as simple as downloading the
FordPass App or enrolling online at FordPassRewards.ca.
Now for the good part – earning FordPass Rewards points! Points can be earned through the
purchase of a Ford vehicle, qualifying parts/labour from a Ford dealership and by members
participating in activities and offers through Ford or the FordPass Rewards App. It doesn’t just
need to include a new vehicle purchase or lease (although those do qualify for point advantages).
Continuing vehicle service at participating dealerships will accumulate points and get you
redeeming.

The Who, What, Where, When, and How’s:

Who Gets to Qualify for FordPass Rewards:
If you purchase of lease a new Ford vehicle, or purchase a qualifying certified pre-owned Ford,
you’re eligible for FordPass Rewards through your FordPass Connect. Become a member today
(on FordPass Connect) and you’ll automatically be enrolled for FordPass Rewards.

How to Get Started with FordPass Rewards:
Step one: Purchase or lease a new or certified pre-owned Ford vehicle
Step two: Download the FordPass app.
Step three: Accept the terms of use through the app or online (you’ll need a valid email address
to register)
Step four: Once you are registered, you don’t need to use the app, as you can access everything
online with your computer or smartphone. *We do recommend keeping the app for any updates
or new information!

How to Earn FordPass Rewards Points:
Once you have successfully registered after purchasing your new, or new-to-you vehicle, you’ll
receive points toward complimentary maintenance. For example, if you purchased a new vehicle,
you’ll receive 42,000 FordPass Rewards points. A certified pre-owned Ford vehicle will earn
you 22,000 FordPass Rewards points. If you continue to use the FordPass Rewards app, you’ll be
able to watch brand specific videos, or complete digital surveys to earn more points.

When To Redeem FordPass Rewards Points:
Redeem your FordPass Rewards points when having your vehicle serviced at Jubilee Ford.
Alternatively, you can redeem points toward qualifying vehicle purchases. The points do expire
365 calendar days after they are earned – so make sure you use them before they’re gone!

Where did the Owner Advantage Rewards go?
If you were a member of the Owner Advantage Rewards program, you will find that some of
your points have transferred to the FordPass Rewards program. Dealer Funded Service Rewards
will become points FordPass Rewards. However, the oil change credits, and sales rewards will
not convert to FordPass Rewards.
