We’re not bragging (ok maybe we are bragging a little bit), but our longest standing employee just retired after starting his career with Jubilee Ford 45 years ago. He’s not the only one. Our VP of operations, Jared, started out washing cars at Jubilee Ford when he was 18. Our general manager at Saskatoon Mitsubishi, James, started out washing cars when he was 18 also, then became an automotive technician, before becoming a general manager. We have a lot of stories just like these ones, because we are a family-run business and we really like it when people have fun at their jobs, form friendships that go beyond work, take pride in what they do, and know that they are an integral part of the daily operations and success of our dealership.

We really like to have fun here at Jubillee Ford. We started out as a family-run business and we intend to stay that way. We’ve gone from a handful of employees to rather large, rapidly growing company that still puts humans first. We value work/life balance, and place a lot of importance on job satisfaction, feeling joy in the work that we do everyday, our relationships with our co-workers, and celebrating their achievements and milestones.
Every month, our employees vote of their colleagues to receive the award for Employee of the Month and our Product Specialists have an opportunity to be recognized as Salesperson of the Month. Although, if we are being truthful, we prefer to call our Sales team Relationship Builders because that is exactly what they do. We are so much more than a car dealership making sales, and take the time to get to know our customers, how their kids are doing, vacations they have coming up, and their adorable pets , each detail making our days so much brighter.
